Terms of semi alliance of all non pande clans

It has come to my knowledge that quite a few ppl are think about or quitting NM1A. They are doing this because of mass pks going on. I myself have done it in the past, so I am just as guilty.

Myself and the other founders will discuss and work out something so that anyone that is non Pande has a grace period per week to safely train. If in this grace period our foes (wether they be future or present foes) can level up and get a bit stronger, maybe they can come together to try to topple us.

Founders have decided that for a priod of 4 weeks(at the least), we will ally the any clans on the server if they agree to this program. We have decided to go 3 days on, 4 days off for the time mentioned. This is the scenarios that the founders have come up with, and we as a clan need to vote what one we will decide to go with, to keep everything consistnet.

Vote by number what one you would like to happen, and as always, majority rules!

This seems to be the fairest for other non Pande members to get training done as they need it, and it keeps the system consistent so everyone involved knows what is going on, and when.

Now, a few problems is see that may occure, that all non pande have to agree to(and Pande as well) before this goes into place.

All bosses are first come, first serve. I know we are dilegent in bossing, so let's go one step furthor and knock them out quicker.

Anyone disbanding from clan and pking anyone during "peace time" will be removed from their clan and will probably be killed withour regaurd since they will be clanless. If an enemy does this, and they go to a different clan, that clan will no longer be able to participate. If anyone from Pande does it, you will be removed and not reinvited back, no execptions.(this one came from Mike and myself)

If you don't have anything nice to say to a non clanny, don't say anything at all. If a non pande gets mouthy, please use ignorepc function(I myself have 6 people on ignorepc atm, and believe me, it does work), or contact staff if it is overbearing. Founders wouldn't want any "typed words" to get any of our clan family removed because they go ahead and kill someone.

If by any chance a founder is not on(which is hardly ever I think) and someone disbands/removes ally and pks, note the time and date and memo any founder. I do not see this as a problem, but you never know.

I think all of the bases are covered, but we may be missing something, so if anything is missing, post your thoughts/ideas here and it will be addressed.

To all chairmen of non allied clans, Myself and Mike would like to sit down with you guys and discuss this personally sometime this weekend. I wanted to have all of this sorted out by Friday, 5-23-08, but personal comitments have left me short of time, and all of the issues and voting have not been sorted as of yet, so it looks like this will start on Monday, 5-26-08.
